FERNANDO TORRES TO CHELSEA

It's now finally been confirmed that Torres has sealed a move from Liverpool to Stamford Bridge tonight, on Transfer Deadline Day. After an unbelievably dramatic couple of days, it wasn't until the 11pm deadline that the necessary procedures were completed for him to become a Chelsea Blue.

The initial bid on Friday was a surprise for many, myself included, but since then the interest has escalated and it's understood that we've splashed out something like £50m for the talismanic Spanish striker. I'm still trying to absorb the fact that he is indeed one of our players now, but as a Chelsea supporter, it is incredible news.

The potential of how lethal our strike force could become is astonishing really. What an amazing set of world-class attackers we now have. It's the perfect thing to get us going once more and turn this season into a success. I for one absolutely cannot wait to see Drogba, Anelka and Torres working together to score in the same net. Not actually sure what the team setup is going to look like, but whatever our starting formation, the attacking force we possess is sheer quality. So very excited.
