Now this is just ridiculous. It's Lacoste's latest collaboration, put together by Chinese porcelain artist Li Xiaofeng, as part of the Holiday 2010 Collector's Series. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone being a porcelain polo shirt collector..
But as a piece of art, I mean wow. This took him 3 months to complete, all moulded, fired, painted and assembled by hand. It's quite an amazing specatcle and it's really unique and striking in terms of how traditional Chinese culture has been combined with a modern-time designer label. I think it's great.
Wouldn't wear it though.
